KATHMANDU: Coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), Pushpa Kamal Dahal, returned home from Sri Lanka today. He had been in Sri Lanka to attend the Asian Dialogue Programme organised by the International People’s Assembly.
Dahal addressed the event titled ‘Hands of Asia Conference’ organised in Colombo as a keynote speaker.
During the inaugural session, coordinator Dahal shared his perspectives on transformations seen in the global balance of power, challenges of imperialism and neoliberalism, the experiences of South Asian people’s movements, and the political framework of socialism in the 21st century, according to his private secretariat.
During his visit to Sri Lanka, coordinator Dahal engaged in high-level meetings with major leftist political forces there.
