KATHMANDU: Newly elected office bearers and central committee members from the first National Convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) have taken their oath of office.

The newly elected individuals took the oath of office and secrecy before Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane at the party headquarters in Banasthali on Wednesday.

The national convention elected a 99-member central committee, which includes the Chairman, two vice-chair, one general secretary, and three joint general secretaries. Following the swearing-in ceremony, Chairman Lamichhane presented certificates to the elected members.

Chairman Lamichhane, who was re-elected to the post, had already taken his oath previously. RSP’s first national convention was held from June 21 to 26, 2026 in Bharatpur, Chitwan.
