KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has formed a Main Organizing Committee to prepare for its first-ever general convention.

The committee is being led by the party’s chairman, Rabi Lamichhane.

The party has decided to hold its general convention in Chitwan on June 21, 22, and 23.

The newly formed Main Organizing Committee includes central-level leaders and provincial presidents as members.

Among the prominent leaders included in the committee are Dr. Swarnim Wagle, Kabindra Burlakoti, Bhupadev Shah, Bipin Kumar Acharya, Lima Adhikari, and Basumaya Tamang.

Additionally, Manish Jha, Biraj Bhakta Shrestha, Deepak Raj Bohara, Ganesh Parajuli, Sobita Gautam, Shisir Khanal, Hari Dhakal, Sarita Gyawali, and Sagar Dhakal are also serving as members of the committee.

Furthermore, all central committee members and all provincial chairmen of the party have been integrated into the general convention’s Main Organizing Committee.
