KATHMANDU: A meeting of the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee under the House of Representatives is scheduled to be held today.
The meeting will take place at 1:00 PM in the committee’s hall at Singhdarbar, with an agenda to discuss everything from the formation of various sub-committees to on-site inspections.
During the meeting, updates will be shared regarding the implementation progress of decisions made in previous meetings.
Additionally, the agenda includes a discussion on forming three sub-committees to make the committee’s operations more effective.
The meeting will deliberate on forming a Sub-committee for Drafting Committee Meeting Procedures, a Sub-committee for Studying Complaints Received by the Committee, and a Sub-committee for Studying and Monitoring the Operations of Ministries and Bodies under the Committee’s Jurisdiction.
Furthermore, the agenda includes discussions regarding conducting on-site inspections of various bodies that fall under the committee’s scope of work.
