KATHMANDU: Chief of the Army Staff Ashok Raj Sigdel conferred insignia upon newly promoted Major Generals Padam Bahadur Budha and Pawan Khatri at a ceremony held at the Army Headquarters.

The ceremony officially marked their promotion, following the government’s April 5 decision to elevate both officers from Brigadier General to Major General.
