KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division has announced that the country is currently under the partial influence of a western low-pressure system, leading to partly cloudy skies in the hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces. The rest of the country is experiencing clear weather.

The Division forecasts that this afternoon, the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces will remain partly cloudy, while other parts of the country will stay clear.

Tonight, Koshi’s hilly regions will continue to see partial cloud cover, with clear conditions in the rest of the country.

The Division has also cautioned the public about the possibility of light fog in some Terai areas on Thursday morning, which could affect daily activities, health, transportation, and aviation.
