KATHMANDU: Chief Justice, Prakash Man Singh Raut, conducted an official inspection visit to the Military Special Court today as part of the Supreme Court’s ongoing judicial oversight mission.

During the visit at the Army Headquarters at Bhadrakali, Chief of Army Staff Ashokraj Sigdel welcomed the inspection team led by Chief Justice Raut.

The delegation was briefed on the operations and activities of the Military Special Court located within the premises.

Chief Justice Raut also issued specific directives to officials associated with the military justice system during the inspection.

Also present at the inspection were Chief Judge of the High Court Patan, Lal Bahadur Kunwar, Chairperson of the Military Special Court Lekhnath Paudel, Supreme Court Registrar Bimal Paudel, senior military officers, and other judiciary officials.
