CHITWAN: The Narayangadh–Muglin road has resumed two-way operations.
According to the Chitwan District Police Office, last night at 10:55 PM, a dry landslide occurred at Tuin Khola, Ward No. 5 of Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality in Chitwan, completely blocking the road in both directions.
After clearing the landslide, the road was reopened for one-way traffic from 11:55 PM.
As of 7:15 AM today, the road has been reopened for two-way traffic, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabindra Khanal of the Chitwan District Police Office.
He added that rocks that fell along with the landslide damaged the front windshield of a bus bearing registration number Na 6 Kha 1522.
