KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress Central Working Committee meeting, originally scheduled for 1 PM, began around 2 PM today.

The meeting, which had been postponed last Friday and Saturday through public notices, was held again today. It was chaired by the party’s Acting President, Purna Bahadur Khadka.

Vice President Dhanraj Gurung, General Secretaries Gagan Kumar Thapa and Bishwa Prakash Sharma, leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala, other office bearers, central committee members, invited central members, and provincial presidents participated in the meeting.

Today’s meeting was prepared to present the schedule for the party’s upcoming general convention.

Following developments after the Gen Z movement, the meeting series that started on October 14 was previously held on October 16-17 and later on October 30-31.
