KATHMANDU: Winter has set in across the Kathmandu Valley, bringing a steady drop in temperatures. While the days remain sunny and pleasant, the mornings and evenings have become cold enough that people now need to wear warm, thick clothing.
With the cooling temperatures, fog has begun to form over the Taudah area of Kathmandu and the Bagmati River in Khokana, Lalitpur. This mist settles over the river surface and slowly fades away after sunrise.
During these foggy hours, people are often seen out for morning walks, and farmers can be found tending to their vegetable fields. Photos: Nepal Photo Library
