KATHMANDU:  The government has renamed the Land Revenue Offices as Land Administration Offices.

In both the Land Revenue Act and the Land (Survey and Measurement) Act, the term “Land Revenue Office” has been removed and replaced with “Land Administration Office.”

The change was made through an ordinance issued by the government to amend certain Nepal Acts.

Similarly, the post of Land Revenue Officer has also been renamed as Land Administration Officer under the revised legal provisions.
