KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal highlighted economic diplomacy as a key priority while addressing the closing session of the Nepal Business Summit 2026 today.
He outlined the government’s vision for rapid and sustainable economic growth driven by good governance, policy predictability, and structural reforms.
Stressing economic diplomacy, he reiterated the government’s commitment to boosting investment, strengthening technology partnerships, and enhancing stakeholder engagement to build a more business-friendly environment.
The summit brought together global investors, policymakers, and business leaders, including representatives from NBI, NICCI, CBFIN, and FEEN, to advance cross-border economic dialogue and cooperation.
