KATHMANDU: Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle has stated that an organized campaign has been launched to spread rumors against him.

He made these remarks on Wednesday during a discussion on the budget organized by the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives.

“Instead of discussing the budget, the House of Representatives was disrupted, and an organized rumor campaign was spread against me,” he said.

“I have come to the parliamentary committee to address and answer to exactly that,” he added.
