BANKE: Six people were injured when an e-rickshaw overturned in Kohalpur after the driver allegedly lost control while driving under the influence of alcohol and without a valid license.

Police said the vehicle was traveling on a local road in Kohalpur-2 when it crashed near the driving trial center. The driver, Lal Bahadur Thapa, was also among the injured.

Authorities confirmed the driver was intoxicated and did not possess proper driving credentials at the time of the accident.

All five passengers, including a young child, sustained injuries and are receiving treatment.
