CHITWAN: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided that no one will be allowed to carry slips with candidates’ names at its first general convention.

A rule has been introduced prohibiting participants from carrying any paper or slip containing a candidate’s name while taking part in the voting process.

According to leaders of the party’s disciplinary commission, if anyone is found carrying such slips while voting, their candidacy will be cancelled.
