KALIKOT: A man has died after being hit by a stone that fell from a cliff along the Shantighat-Amtada road section in Sanni Triveni Rural Municipality-1, under the Karnali Corridor.

According to the District Police Office, the deceased has been identified as 18-year-old Baburam Tamata of Raskot Municipality-8.

Tamata, who was operating a dozer (excavator) at the time of the incident, died on the spot.
