BIRATNAGAR: Home Minister Sudhan Gurung has stated that strengthening border security and upgrading dilapidated police buildings nationwide are top government priorities.

Speaking to journalists at Biratnagar Airport, he emphasized that upgrading infrastructure is essential for an effective police force.

He added that the security apparatus is actively expanding border surveillance, improving coordination, and controlling smuggling to curb illegal activities and maintain peace.
