KATHMANDU: The meeting of the National Assembly under the Federal Parliament has commenced today, with a primary agenda focused on the Appropriation Bill, 2026.

During the session, the respective ministers from nine different ministries are scheduled to respond to the questions and concerns raised during previous discussions.

The roster of answering officials includes ministers from the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment; Ministry of Information and Communication; Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation; Ministry of Education and Sports; Ministry of Health and Food Safety; Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration; Ministry of Women, Children, Gender & Sexual Minority and Social Security; Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation; and the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.

Currently, the “Zero Hour” session is underway in the meeting.
