The MFD has further warned of extreme, torrential downpours in isolated areas across the hills and plains of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpashchim provinces.
The active monsoon pattern will persist into Sunday, with heavy to very heavy rains forecast for the hills and plains of Koshi, Lumbini, and Sudurpashchim, alongside parts of Bagmati and Gandaki.
