KATHMANDU: Kist Medical College recorded a 45% revenue increase in 2025, reaching Rs 1.49 billion compared to Rs 1.03 billion in 2024.

This growth was driven by a 33% rise in its medical college segment and a 56% surge in hospital revenue.

The revenue boost follows an increase in the college’s MBBS intake capacity from 100 to 120 seats.

The Tribhuvan University-affiliated institution, established in 2006, currently operates a 300-bed hospital in Lalitpur.

Despite positive top-line growth, operating profit margin narrowed to 18% in 2025.

The company has secured ratings for Rs 1.50 billion in credit facilities, comprising Rs 1.15 billion in long-term loans and Rs 346.3 million in short-term loans.
