KATHMANDU: Two Indian nationals, 20-year-old Mona Devi Longjam and 23-year-old Oinam Ally from Manipur, were arrested at Tribhuvan International Airport by the Narcotics Control Bureau.

The suspects, who arrived from Bangkok via Thai Airways flight TG 309, were intercepted after raising suspicion, leading officers to discover four kilograms of cannabis concealed inside their suitcases.

Police seized the contraband along with two passports and two mobile phones, and a further investigation into the matter is currently underway.
