KATHMANDU: Pakistani Ambassador to Nepal, Abrar H. Hashmi, paid a farewell courtesy call on President Ram Chandra Paudel at the President’s Official Residence, Shital Niwas, on Wednesday.

During the meeting, President Paudel congratulated Ambassador Hashmi on the successful completion of his diplomatic tenure in Nepal and extended his best wishes for the future.

He expressed confidence that the bilateral relations between Nepal and Pakistan would continue to grow stronger in the coming days.

President Paudel also commended the Ambassador’s contributions to expanding and deepening the historical ties between the two nations, expressing hope for further growth in bilateral cooperation moving forward.

According to a press release issued by Ritesh Kumar Shakya, the spokesperson for the Office of the President, the farewell meeting underscores a positive step forward in further strengthening diplomatic relations between Nepal and Pakistan.
