KATHMANDU: A candle lighting and memorial program was held at the Narayansthan Chaturvyuha Narayan Temple in Narayanhiti to mark the 25th anniversary of the royal palace massacre.

Members of the former royal family attended the event. On the occasion, Hridayendra Shah and others paid tribute to the deceased by lighting ceremonial lamps.

As in previous years, the memorial program was organized at the site to honor and remember those who lost their lives in the palace massacre.
