BAITADI: The District Administration Office (DAO), Baitadi will be implementing ‘an hour service’ for service seekers from the first day of the coming fiscal year 2026/27.

The service, which will officially come into effect on July 17, aims to provide services relating to the citizenship certificates, passports, national identity cards and other related services within an hour to service seekers who arrive at the Office with all the necessary documents.

The initiative is intended to make public service delivery more prompt, accessible, effective and service-seekers friendly, according to Chief District Officer Dijan Bhattarai.
