KATHMANDU: Prices of gold and silver have increased in the domestic market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold rose by Rs 1,600 per tola (11.66 grams) today, settling at Rs 287,100.

On Friday, gold traded at Rs 285,500 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices also registered an increase. Today, the price of silver rose by Rs 60 per tola, reaching Rs 4,410. It had traded at Rs 4,350 per tola on Friday.
