RASUWA: Home Minister Sudhan Gurung visited the site of an incident where an electric vehicle fell into the Bhote Koshi River on Saturday evening, observing the ongoing search and rescue operation for the missing driver and vehicle.

According to Chief District Officer Narendra Pariyar, personnel from all three security agencies, along with divers and 10 drones, have been deployed to search for the driver, identified as 22-year-old Sabin Tamang of Kalika Rural Municipality–3, Tallo Dharapani.

The District Disaster Management Committee is coordinating the operation.

Officials reported that the steep ravine, turbid water, and large rocks along the riverbanks are presenting physical challenges to the search efforts.
