Nepal Tarun Dal, a youth wing of the Nepali Congress, has distributed personal protective equipment (PPE) and other medical support materials to health workers on the occasion of Democracy Day today.

The medical kits were distributed to the health workers of Patan Hospital in recognition of their efforts as frontline service providers during the time of COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Tarun Dal President Jeet Jung Basnet, they handed over 2,500 sets of facemasks, 10 PPE sets and 28 face shields to Hospital Registrar Prof Dr Paras Acharya amid a function today.
