The bill, which was transmitted from the House of Representatives, was approved by a majority after Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle presented it for decision in the National Assembly.

The House of Representatives had already passed the Appropriation Bill earlier. With the National Assembly’s endorsement, the budget for the upcoming fiscal year has now been approved by both houses of the Federal Parliament, completing the parliamentary approval process.
