KATHMANDU: Singer Sujan Chapagain has publicly addressed allegations regarding inappropriate messages sent from his social media accounts to women and young girls.

While apologizing for certain messages exchanged with close friends, Chapagain explicitly denied that all the leaked content originated from him.

Currently on a musical tour in Australia with his band Sujan Chapagain & The Infinity, the singer issued a statement revealing that his accounts are managed by multiple social media managers, suggesting the platforms may have been compromised.

He also suspected that numerous fake accounts operating under his name could be responsible for the unethical activity.

Chapagain condemned the actions as highly irresponsible and confirmed that an official investigation has been launched.

He said he plans to pursue formal legal remedies immediately upon his return to Nepal.
