DANG: Police have recovered six loaded country-made shotguns hidden in the bushes of Male Sallikot Community Forest in Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City-1.

Acting on a tip-off, security personnel searched the dense forest area and discovered the firearms concealed in brushwood.

Authorities also seized a stockpile of ammunition and materials used for weapon preparation, including around 400 grams of gunpowder, 33 percussion caps, 13 iron bullets, and two boxes of matches.

Police confirmed that all six shotguns were found loaded and ready for use at the time of recovery. An investigation is underway to identify those responsible for hiding the weapons and to determine their possible intent.
