KATHMANDU: Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle is set to participate in a meeting of the Finance Committee under the House of Representatives today.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 11 am at the Finance Committee hall on the third floor of Building No. 1 at Singha Durbar.

During the meeting, the Finance Minister is expected to brief lawmakers on the country’s latest economic situation, progress in budget implementation, and respond to questions raised by MPs regarding economic bills currently under discussion in the committee.

Since assuming office, the Finance Minister has shown active engagement in strengthening coordination with parliamentary committees and holding discussions on policy reforms.
