KATHMANDU: Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), has stressed the need to reunite and strengthen the Nepali communist movement following recent setbacks.
Speaking in Kathmandu on Saturday at the 13th memorial day of Communist Party of Nepal founding leader Nara Bahadur Karmacharya, Prachanda highlighted that communist forces must unite to tackle challenges to national independence and fight against authoritarian tendencies.
He honored Karmacharya’s lifelong commitment to ideology, integrity, and class struggle alongside co-founder Pushpa Lal Shrestha, noting that Karmacharya set a true revolutionary example by standing firm on his political ideals until the very end.
