KATHMANDU: Three parliamentary committees under Federal Parliament are scheduled to meet today, according to the Federal Parliament Secretariat.

The committees convening on Monday are the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee, the Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee, and the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee.

According to the agenda, the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee will meet at 2:00 p.m. to discuss the implementation status of the National Medical Education Act, 2019.

Meanwhile, the Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee will meet at 11:00 a.m. to hold detailed discussions on its annual work plan for the fiscal year 2026/27.

Similarly, the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee is scheduled to meet at 11:30 a.m., during which it will hold discussions with officials from the Central Department of History at Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur.
