NAWALPUR: Two women found unconscious near the Akalamai Temple in Gaindakot Municipality-10, Nawalpur, have passed away.

Following a report from local residents, a police team from the Beldihya temporary post rescued the women and rushed them to the Bhedabari Municipal Hospital, where doctors pronounced them dead upon arrival.

According to District Police Office, the deceased have been identified as 38-year-old Kabita Rai and 45-year-old Kanchhi Rai.

Police stated that the circumstances surrounding the deaths appear suspicious, and a full investigation is currently underway to determine the cause.
