DHANKUTA: Ten passengers were injured after a bus overturned in Dhankuta Municipality-9 on Friday afternoon, police said.

The vehicle (Ko 1 Kha 7788) was traveling from Sankhuwasabha to Dharan in Sunsari when it lost control and flipped over at Chyangchyangbari.

Police said all ten injured passengers were rescued from the scene and taken to B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) in Dharan for treatment.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
