KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided to convene its Central Committee meeting on May 13 following a decision made by the party’s Central Secretariat meeting held on Sunday, according to spokesperson Manish Jha.

The meeting also took disciplinary action against 15 party members, revoking their memberships for activities deemed against party interests. However, the party has not disclosed the identities of those removed.

In another major decision, RSP dissolved its Bara District Committee based on a recommendation from the provincial committee and has begun preparations for a new district convention there.
