KATHMANDU: The central secretariat meeting of the Rastriya Swatantra Party held today (May 10) has appointed Milan Pandey as the head of the party’s Central Education Department.

Similarly, Prabhat Adhikari has been appointed as the head of the Startup Department.

In addition, Baikuntha Thapa (Aashish) from Makwanpur has been appointed as the head of the Central Department of the Rapid Action Team (RAT), while former APF DIG Bidur Khadka has been named its deputy head.
