Police have arrested Meena Subba, 38, a resident of Lalitpur Balkumari, who was accused of defrauding money.
Subba took 1.3 lakh rupees from the victim saying she would send it to Japan and became uncontactable.
She was arrested from Suvidha Nagar in Kathmandu.
