KATHMANDU: It has been found that vehicles used by Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane, as well as the party’s ministers, parliamentarians (MPs), and leaders, are using black tinted glass.

While the Police Headquarters has been issuing circulars across all seven provinces to remove black tinted glass installed on both public and private vehicles, Chairman Lamichhane, ministers, MPs, and party workers were seen using vehicles with black tinted glass.
