KATHMANDU: Actor Bipin Karki has joined the cast of the upcoming film Man Binako Dhan 2, with production set to begin soon. The filmmakers have not disclosed details of the character he will portray.

Produced under Tanka Budhathoki Productions, the socially themed film will be directed by Tanka Budhathoki, who also wrote the story, while Shivam Adhikari has penned the screenplay and dialogues. Pre-production is currently underway.

The film also stars Pooja Sharma, Mahesh Tripathi, Saroj Khanal, and Kiran KC, marking the first on-screen pairing of Karki and Sharma. The first installment, released last year, grossed about Rs 40 million at the box office.
